Most directory pages can be browsed without creating an account. CW6868 may handle information that you choose to provide, information needed to operate the directory, and public provider information supplied for a listing.
- Review submissions, including an optional display name, rating, review text, and moderation-related information.
- Emails and information you send when requesting a listing correction, review decision, privacy assistance, or technical support.
- Limited contact-link interaction information used to understand whether a directory contact option was selected. We do not receive the content of a call or message made through an external platform.
- Technical records such as request time, page or route, browser or device information, IP address, and security logs generated by hosting and network services.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure the directory, display and moderate submitted reviews, respond to enquiries and rights requests, investigate misuse, correct records, maintain service reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.
We limit collection and use to purposes that are appropriate for operating the service or that were explained when the information was provided.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential technical storage needed for security, language, or normal site operation. Optional analytics and session-replay tools are disabled for this production release.
If optional analytics are introduced later, this policy and the site consent approach must be updated before those tools are enabled. External websites reached through a listing, including messaging and social platforms, apply their own privacy notices.
Provider profile pages may load an embedded Google Map when the map service is configured. Loading the map sends a request from your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and the referring website domain. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, content delivery, security, email, and technical service providers acting for the operation of the directory. Review submissions and directory requests may also be shared with the relevant listed provider when reasonably needed to assess or resolve the request.
We do not describe public directory publication as confidential. Do not submit identity documents, health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal data through a public review.
Retention and protection
We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the stated operational, moderation, security, dispute, or legal purpose, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
