Directory integrity
Listing & Review Policy
This policy explains how CW6868, operated by CW, handles directory information and review submissions. It is intended to make publication and moderation standards clearer for visitors and listed providers.
Effective date:
Directory listings
A profile may contain public information supplied for the directory, including provider name, area, address, media, contacts, hours, services, prices, promotions, therapist associations, and other available profile details.
A listing does not mean that CW has verified every claim, inspected a location, confirmed identity or qualifications, checked a licence, or endorsed the provider. Missing information does not mean that a requirement has been met.
Corrections and removal requests
A provider, authorised representative, or affected person may request a correction or removal review. Include the public listing URL, the exact information at issue, the requested change, and reliable supporting information. We may verify identity or authority before changing provider information.
We assess requests individually and may retain limited records needed to document a decision, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation.
What an approved review means
Reviews are checked before public display. “Approved” means only that a submission passed CW6868's moderation checks for publication. It does not mean the reviewer, purchase, visit, identity, or every factual statement was independently verified, and it is not an endorsement by CW.
Reviews express the submitter’s opinion. Visitors should consider them alongside current provider information and their own checks.
Review standards
A review should describe a relevant, genuine experience in a clear and fair way. We may reject, edit only for necessary presentation or privacy reasons, restrict, or remove content that includes:
- Spam, duplicates, promotional material, review manipulation, or an undisclosed material conflict of interest.
- Threats, harassment, hate, explicit content, personal attacks, or content unrelated to the listed provider experience.
- Personal data, health details, financial details, identity documents, private communications, or other information that should not be published.
- Content that appears unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or unsupported by enough context to assess responsibly.
- Claims about criminal conduct, professional misconduct, or safety that require investigation better handled by the relevant authority.
Provider responses and appeals
A listed provider may ask us to reassess a review or listing decision. The request should identify the page and content, explain the concern, and provide relevant supporting information without exposing sensitive personal data.
We may preserve, restrict, or remove content while assessing a request. Moderation decisions consider relevance, privacy, fairness, available evidence, platform integrity, and applicable obligations; publication is not guaranteed.
Serious or urgent concerns
CW6868 is not an emergency, law-enforcement, licensing, or healthcare channel. If a matter involves immediate danger, suspected crime, urgent health risk, or a regulated-service complaint, contact the appropriate Singapore emergency service or authority. You may also notify us so we can assess the directory content.
